Facebook declares war on Aussie media, Samsung unleashes Galaxy Z Fold 2: Vertical Hold ep 294

It’s been a big week in tech news, with Facebook finally revealing its game plan for dealing with the ACCC’s proposed new media code that would see it forced to negotiate pay rates with news organisations in Australia — with rather nuclear results, given Zuckerberg is intent on taking his ball and going home with it!
Meanwhile, Samsung formally launched its second generation of Galaxy Fold devices, the confusingly named Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. It’s premium, it’s shiny, and it seems that both Jen and Alex want one very much.
